Welcome to House of Parvani. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of houseofparvani.in (the "Site") and the products and services offered through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products & pricing

• Every piece is handcrafted in small batches, so slight variations in colour, finish, weight and stone placement are inherent to the work and are not defects.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product images, descriptions and prices on the Site are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, modify product descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without notice. We may also limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Orders & payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• Payments are processed by our secure payment partner. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if delivery cannot be made to the address provided.

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including the House of Parvani name, logo, designs, photographs, illustrations, copy and product imagery - is owned by or licensed to House of Parvani and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or upload malicious code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest any part of the Site.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Parvani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold House of Parvani, its officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
